Every setup is different — I'm especially interested in the small friction points: where people copy data between tools, where manual work piles up, where things fall through the cracks, and where teams invent workarounds just to keep moving.

I’m Gerben — I’ve worked in trade customs operations, starting at a forwarder and later consulting internal teams on trade compliance and process improvement. That work gave me a close-up view of the messy reality behind cross-border operations. My goal is to build practical digital tools for logistics and customs teams — starting with the small, annoying problems that are actually worth solving.
